Data Deletion

You are always in control of your data. You can remove GrowIQs' access and delete everything we store about you at any time, using either of the two options below.

Option 1 — Disconnect from Instagram

Open Instagram, go to Settings → Apps and Websites, find GrowIQs, and remove it. This immediately revokes our access to your account. We can no longer read any of your data after this.

Option 2 — Request full deletion by email

To have everything we hold about you permanently deleted — your stored profile data, insights, tokens, and WhatsApp number — email us at support@growiqs.com from the email linked to your account (or include your Instagram username). We will confirm and permanently delete your data within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Everything associated with your account: your Instagram access token, stored profile and insight data, your saved WhatsApp number, your report history, any comment-automation rules and their activity log, and any scheduled posts and their media files. Once deleted, this cannot be recovered.
