Terms of Service

These terms explain the deal between you and GrowIQs. By connecting your Instagram account or using GrowIQs, you agree to them.

What GrowIQs does

GrowIQs reads your Instagram analytics through Instagram's official login, records them every day, and turns them into a simple dashboard, reports, a media kit and a daily WhatsApp summary you can opt in to.

Two optional features act on your account, and only after you switch them on and grant the extra permission Instagram asks for at that moment: comment automations (a keyword rule you create sends your pre-written reply as a direct message to people who comment that keyword on your posts) and scheduled posting (a photo or Reel you upload is published to your account at the time you choose). Nothing is posted or messaged unless a rule or schedule you created tells us to, and you can turn either off at any time.

Your account and acceptable use

You must own the Instagram account you connect and follow Instagram's own terms and community guidelines. You are responsible for everything sent or published through GrowIQs on your behalf: the text of your automated replies, and the content, captions and rights to any media you schedule. Automated replies must be honest and relevant to the comment they answer — no spam, no misleading offers, no prohibited content. We may pause a rule or account that we believe puts your Instagram standing or ours at risk, and we will tell you if we do.

Pricing and payments

The free plan is free for as long as you like. Pro is a paid monthly plan at the price shown on our pricing page at the time you upgrade (currently ₹199 per month). Payments are processed by Cashfree; we never see or store your card or bank details. Pro renews only when you choose to pay again — there is no automatic charge. Refund requests are handled case by case: email support@growiqs.com within 7 days of a payment and we will make it right.

Your data and privacy

How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy. You can delete your data at any time — see our Data Deletion page.

Not affiliated with Meta

GrowIQs uses the official Meta APIs and follows the Meta Platform Terms. Instagram and WhatsApp are products of Meta Platforms, Inc. GrowIQs is an independent tool and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Meta.

Service provided "as is"

We work hard to keep GrowIQs accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the service. Analytics are for guidance and may not always be complete or error-free.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date above. Continued use of GrowIQs means you accept the current version.
